Oh yes, I know, I am another one of the millions of people who think that they have something to unique to say. I am one of those people who has a “point of view” that the entire world will find it impossible not to enjoy. Of course, I think I am different and interesting and there is no better way to demonstrate this than to set up my own blog!

In reality, this blog going to be part online diary that will document my life and designed to chronicle my weight loss journey (a journey that I have embarked upon on numerous occasions). I will also be posting interesting articles that cover the latest research on weight loss, health and fitness that will be off interest to those who are in the same boat as me. The struggle is real!
Food…
Then we have my love of food. Love, love, LOVE food! Sweet or savoury. Hot or cold. I love it all. This is the vice that needs to be curbed. This is my Achilles’ heel. I have joined gyms, done classes and dieted but the desir
e for carbs seems to win over my will power. In 2008-2009 I lost 100lbs in weight with the help of a fantastic personal trainer and friend Antony Beeston http://www.antonybeeston.com/
But now have gained back 60lbs 
So, this is it. Another chance to get back on the treadmill and lose those kilos.

I go to McFit but I have met a couple of personal trainers who are based here in Berlin.
Could please suggest some good personal trainers who are not super expensive.
